Persistent Systems Limited, NSE Symbol: PERSISTENT, BSE Script Code: 533179, announced by Information Services Group(ISG) as the winner of the third annual ISG Star of Excellence for quality core technological services,  based on customer feedback of 100 enterprise consumers. The ISG Star of Excellence awards excellence in customer centricity for industries and geographical region. Along with the award for its core technology Persistent Systems also won awards in four other categories which are BFSI(Banking, financial services and insurance) globally, Health care and Life Sciences industries globally, North America region, The APAC (Asia Pacific) region.
This is the very first time Persistent Systems participated in survey and these awards are statement of the company’s capabilities that shows the company is one of the top service provider globally and in the Americas and EMEA(Europe, Middle East and Africa).
In its 2020 Voice of the Customer study ISG surveyed over 2000 enterprise customers feedback to learn their opinions on the quality of service provided by their providers. The winners were selected from among the 24 enterprises showing the highest quality of customer service in the past year.
On this occasion Executive Director of the Persistent Systems said, “This recognition, based on feedback from our clients around the world, is the strongest endorsement of Persistent”.
