Subex announces dividend for (Q3) 2020

Subex Limited NSE Symbol:SUBEX, BSE Security Code:532348 informed the stock exchange, that the Board of Directors of the company have declared an interim 10.00% dividend of Rs.0.50 per equity share of face value of Rs.5.00 for the fiscal year 2020-21.

The company also informed that the record date of the divided will be Thursday, 11th February, 2021, this means if any investor would like to receive the announced dividend, the investor require to purchase the stock of the company at least two working days prior to the record date.The dividend will be credited to the accounts of share holders on or before Tuesday, 2nd March, 2021.
